Plastic/Material Blending System   The Parijat Plastic/Material Blending System incorporates automatic blending/mixing of plastics & other powder materials vial pneumatic conveying from rail-cars, trucks, barges etc. to or from silos. This is a PLC/PC system that allows mixing any number of ingredients (inventory maintained) and also plasticizers and stabilizers to the main raw products. The equipment preventive maintenance is included. Unlimited quality & complex recipes may be maintained by the system very detailed reports of inventory are available. Work order generation & notifications is built-in while data is kept in a Microsoft Access or SQL server database.   Common Features of all Products   All the .Net products are based on native. NET framework or .Net compact framework. Source codes are available as an option. A source code release form has to be signed by the buyer. ActiveX components are/were based on Microsoft COM (Component Object Model) model. COM is an obsolete technology now. ActiveX operation in .NET can not be fully guaranteed. It is strongly recommended to migrate to .NET component if your target environment is .NET. For a small fee, Parijat can migrate any component to a native .NET component dll. Our products are designed to work with standard TCP/Serial converters and have been tested with several vendors’ products. No 3rd party software products employed.
